WHAT ARE THE MAI KAI MAINTENANCE FEES?

HOW DO I RENT A
UNIT IN MAI KAI

All units within the Mai Kai Condominium Association are privately owned. Any detailed information requested with regards to the sale and/or rental of the units can only be answered by the owner offering the unit, not the front office. Please contact the private owner for any questions or comments.

IS THERE AN APPROVAL REQUIRED TO PURCHASE OR RENT A UNIT IN MAI KAI?

Yes, all sales and/or rental agreements must first be approved by the Mai Kai Board of Directors in order to ensure that the governing documents are adhered to and the rules and regulations governing those transactions are followed.

LIVING IN MAI KAI

Requirements of Unit Owners and Tenants

Each Owner (and all tenants leasing from an owner) must abide by the following:​

​

Adherence to all Mai Kai governing documents of the Association

​

Adherence to the rules and regulations of the Association

​

Ensure that all COA dues are always paid and up to date

​

Prospective owners and renters must pass a background check

​

Prospective owners are interviewed by the committee appointed by the Mai Kai Board of Directors
